MEMORIAL DAY -May 25, 2020

Good afternoon Legion family. It is with a deep sadness and after speaking to Ron Pearcey of Mount Olivet Cemetery we have decided to cancel this year’s Memorial Day service on May 25th. Due to our present state of restriction with the Coronavirus, we believe it is in our best interest to keep everyone safe and not have the service. Governor Hogan is still recommending social distancing guidelines as well as no large gatherings. Thank you for understanding and continued support of The American Legion, Auxiliary and SAL. We look forward to hopefully one day soon being able to come together. May God continue to bless you all, the American Legion and this country.
